
Ok so for one, I haven’t been blogging in like forever. I have been working like a maniac.
If you haven’t seen my last tweet, then read this. “SO promised myself that if I gained weight after SXSW, I would try to have no sugar for a month. Day 1 starts tomorrow. *counting bread&alch”
That’s right, no fucking bread or sugar for a month. Day 1 did start today successfully. I wondered how long I could challenge myself to do this?
Well…mind over matter. I hope to find the will power over these next few weeks to not crave or cave into the desires of Chocolate Brownie A La Mode at Denny’s, even though it is fucking delicious.
I am dead serious about this. I gained 5 lbs right before Spring Break because I had to go see my brother in San Diego by CAR :( FROM TEXAS, and I gained 5lbs after Spring Break because I went to SXSW and had a kick ass time. I have always heard of doing this, but this is my first chance to take the plunge and actually challenge myself.
Of course I am working out 4 to 6 times a week during this challenge. I thought if I would keep a journal it would help.
Wish me luck and let me know if you wanna join. Even though I am pretty sure by day 5 I will choke a bitch.
P.s. This shit made me really sleepy after a night workout. For some reason I was just dozing off into the car. So maybe, *already but that is a long shot* I am finally experiencing my actual tiredness without the effects of sugar and starches keeping me up?
We shall soon find out.
